Photos from the Mini Museum at Penny Court
On June 28, 1998 there was a disastrous flood in Cambridge. Due to extensive damage to the original NCC Museum of Cambridge Glass, it was determined not to rebuild at that site again. Dick and Fran Pavlov, and their daughter, Anna Marie, graciously allowed the club to set up a mini-museum in their antique mall, Penny Court (in downtown Cambridge) while a new museum building was found and decorated.
The new National Museum of Cambridge Glass opened April 3, 2002. It is located at 136 South 9th Street in downtown Cambridge. The photos below are from Penny Court, where the owners continue to display our "mini museum".
Penny Court is located at 637 Wheeling Avenue. Their hours are Mon. - Sat. 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. and Sun. 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm. Please visit our mini-museum when you are in the area. The display changes periodically.
